An abdominal workout consisting of 5 exercises for you to do so that you can achieve that six pack and v-line you have always wanted! Also for those who want to build bigger oblique and serratus anterior muscles (muscles on the side of the ribcage).

In the future I will be changing things up a bit and start to do more intense exercises so stay tuned!
