      Zihuatanejo lol this is a Vlog video, my Sunday and Wednesday videos will remain untouch I’m simply trying to add an extra Vlog video during the week…. Usually I don’t talk about fitness in my Vlog by I’m trying to splice my Vlog with some info for my core audience

    I prefer your old videos where you give excellent info. Drop the stupid music and artwork. You’re great because you help people with quality info. The music and artwork just make it difficult to learn.
