5 abs exercises on a pull up bar for 6 pack abs (calisthenics x street workout x crossfit)

These are the fundamental abs exercises using a pull up bar. You can also do these at the top of a pull up (chin above the bar) if you also want to hit your back/biceps/forearms.

Sets x reps depend on your level and goal. I generally do 3 x 15.
