    Lost 100lbs on my own working out at home. I’m a beginner at lifting at the gym, so I’m definitely working on my form. ChaLEAN Extreme & P90X were GREAT introductions for me to enter the “boy section” of the gym ;). Splits are listed in the description.

    I agree Rachel!! I’m definitely the same way. Here are some changes I’ve made over the last few months just to get variety. The old exercises may be resurrected at a later time 😉

    PULL:
    Added Hyperextensions
    Deadlifts 3 sets replaced with Deadlifts 4 sets

    LEG:
    Single Leg Press replaced with Walking Lunges
    Added Step Ups
    Added STIFF LEG Deadlifts

    What kind of revising/adding do you do? One of my issues is I get bored very easily with doing the same lifting workouts week after week.

    Flat Dumbbell Bench Press replaced with Flat Barbell Bench Press
    Incline Dumbbell Bench Press replaced with Incline Barbell Bench Press
    Smith Machine Shoulder Press replaced with Shoulder Press with dumbbells
    Barbell Upright Rows replaced with Barbell Cable Upright Rows
