Gotta just say I preferred the old Muscle in the Morning intro. This one is
    a bit … effete.

Every story – “coming of a succesful competative season bla bla, is now
seen putting on huge gains in the off season. expect them to cause problems
next year if they carry on with this intensity!”……………….yawn

After years of lifting heavy, I stopped doing heavy bench over 140k and
dont deadlift anymore or squat heavy. The amount of body builders than can
now never win a show beacuse of a torn pec is massive. That one injury can
ruin your symetry – and game over……reps and constant tension bitches

INDEED SNAP CITY AWAITS! Palumbo needs surgery and cant train properly for
now. You dont need to load up that much weight. Just enough to cause
genuine strain, not rape your body, week in week out

DARTH VAPER exactly. heavy squats are overrated. people say use good form
but even with great form. you’re still putting TONS of stress on your lower
      back
