Optimum Nutrition athlete, Alicia Harris, shares her High-Protein Holiday Recipes for the health conscious athlete who still wants to indulge their sweet tooth during the holiday season. For more smoothie and recipe ideas checkout: HARDBODY PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE 3/4 cup water 1 cup ice 2 tbs canned pumpkin puree 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (adjust to your liking) 1 packet stevia 2 serving french Vanilla Creme Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Mix in blender CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT SHAKE 3/4 cup water 1 cup ice 2 scoops Chocolate Hydrowhey 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract 2 tbs plain greek yogurt Mix in blender PUMPKIN PANCAKES 2 tbs pumpkin puree 2 egg whites dash of cinnamon dash of pumpkin spice 1.3 cups of oatmeal 1 scoop of French Vanilla Gold Standard 100%

    Hey mattfoley99, these are made with just the regular french vanilla Gold Standard 100% Whey and chocolate Hydrowhey. No special holiday flavors required

    Ive done the pumpkin shakes, AWESOME! I’ve also tried sweet potato pancakes, so I will def have to do the pumpkin pancakes as well!
