I’m a 45 years old I’m fit as a 20 ys is . Its takes Perseverance commitment discipline a lot of practice to be in great shape. These exercises it may seems to be easy but they are not. You do get faster better results using your own body weight. practice o the ground first to learn balance as well strength by doing push up. If u really want to loose way DON’T be seated but use the treadmill, aerobic just dance !
