This workout is for anybody that wants to challenge themselves using only their body weight you will be sore in the morning especially your chest. I have enclosed a downloadable copy of this workout for you to follow:

If the rep range is too much for you just decrease the numbers.

Decided to add some DANK to the workout mix.
Although I wanted the edit to still showcase all the exercises in a
proffesional and clear manner. A bit of DANK shouldn’t hurt.
