Bodybuilding – Hypertrophy

Part #10 in a series about bodybuilding.
Muscle Hypertrophy.
By working out, especially by lifting heavy weights I grow my muscles.
I don’t simply stimulate them and inflate them, I change them, upgrade them, like tearing down a wall to build a new one.
Would I use low-quality building materials and have a faulty wall, or a long lasting, strong and reliable one?
In bodybuilding, the material is nutrient intake.
I am what I eat.
Bodybuilding is tearing down old girly muscle and upgrading to larger, leaner, stronger and manlier ones.
