Just a few exercises that I was taught to build bigger traps when I first started lifting in 2003, and I saw great results.

    This video, as I said in the description box AND in the video are exercises that I was taught when I first started lifting and taught me great form for the exercises but also helped me build a foundation as a gym “noob”.

    Ahhh Gabe, it’s like you heard me… Everytime I do normal shrugs, I get a pain in my neck, so I figured I must be doing something wrong.. I then found out where the traps are situated.. Out of luck, I tried the form you just demo’d and it worked for me.. and with no neck pain.. Top vid bruh, should help a lot of people I reckon..
