    A very famous bodybuilder from the 70 s used light weight 20_50 reps he was called serge nebray and he built a fantastic physic , God bless you for all your hard work . and RIP chip man’s best friend

    So do you think it better to lift heavy first then light in a reverse pyramid or start light and work your way up

    You wont get deep cuts and separation. Heavy.. Squeeze…. Nutrition sleep.. rest.. genes.. hormones..
