Designed to burn body fat and shape your muscles, this circuit workout takes you through cycles of step aerobics and weight training. Each cardio cycle consists of step aerobics and concludes with a mini leg burst to strengthen the lower body. Each strength training cycle focuses on the muscle groups of the upper body. You’ll conclude with a refreshing mix of traditional and nontraditional abs/core work and a relaxing stretch.

Format:

Warm Up – 5 min.
Cardio and Weights – 43 min.
Abs – 8 min.
Stretch – 4 min.
Total – 60 min.
