Chest, Triceps, and Abs – Workout At Home!

Hey everyone thank you so much for my previous video on how much Feedback and compliments I got, it means a lot so thank you! In today’s video I cover chest, triceps, and abs. Here’s the basic rundown:

– Stretch upper body
– Stretch Abdominals
Warm up:
– Jump in place (1 minute)
– Jumping Jacks ( 1 minute)
Push-ups:
– Regular 15X
– Wide 10 X
– Diamond 5X
– Hold until failure
Dips 15X

Push-up Plank (1 minute)
Plank (30 seconds)
Heel raise hold (30 seconds)
Push outs 20X
Pass-ons 20X
