Chest Workout For Strenght & Mass Ft Guyniuss – Training Day #4

Were doing a chest workout focussing on gaining strenght and building mass. We also did some abs on the end.

Workout overview:
Bench press:
1 warm up set – 15-20reps (moderate weight)
2 sets – 8-12 reps (moderate – heavy weight)
Incline Bench Press:
2 sets – 5-8 reps ( heavy weight)
Flat Dumbbell Flyes:
2 sets – 12-15 reps (moderate weight)
Flat Close Grip Dumbbell Press:
2 sets – 8-12reps (moderate weight – heavy weight)
Cable Flyes
2 sets – 12-15reps (moderate weight)
Machine Chest Press:
2 sets – 8-12 Reps ( moderate weight – heavy weight)
