5 sets 3 reps bumbellpress (should be heavy)
4 sets 12 reps incline dumbellpress
3 sets 12-15 reps incline dumbell flyes
dips super set with cable flyes 3 sets 15 reps

Try it, i promise a sore chest next 2-3 days 🙂
