Finally lost some more lbs. Broke the 196 mark. I was expecting a bigger weight drop so no Burger or salad for me just yet! on this 7 Day rapid fat loss i’ve been mainly eating protein bars & salads and it looks like thats what i’m going to stick with for the remainder of the week, Meeting up with Sarai & we are training arms. Lot’s of good arm workouts and tips in the next few videos. Make sure to keep watching.
