Diet and nutrition for fat loss and muscle retention

I tried to keep this brief and to the point. Diet and nutrition can be a personal adventure and bodies don’t always respond the same way to the same methods. This has been the most effective weight loss plan for me personally in all of the competitions I have done in the past. I don’t get into any discussion of meal planning but could follow up later with something that shows how I construct daily meals

I added a few minutes of posing to the end of the video taken 1 day after the contest I competed in on October 28,2017.

    Enjoyed the video. I have a hard time putting on muscle so I think your physique is extremely impressive. Thanks for sharing your nutrition strategy.
