The mighty Bane (my cat) thought about getting involved in today’s ‘Fast Fat Loss Workout’ but had better things to do, like licking himself.

Time needed: 10 minutes

Equipment needed:A light dumbbell or kettlebell

Kneeling Single Arm Overhead Press
Front Loaded Split Squat
Split Squat to Single Arm Overhead Press

Execution: See below. Rest when/if needed.

Round One: Complete five reps of each exercise, then four, then three, then two, then one, then switch legs and complete in the same fashion.

Round Two :Complete four reps of each exercise then three, then two, then one, then switch legs and complete in the same fashion.

Round Three: Complete three reps of each exercise then two, then one, then switch legs and complete in the same fashion.

Round Four: Complete two reps of each exercise then one, then switch legs and complete in the same fashion.

Round Five: Complete one rep of each exercise.
