      fasting of any kind is retarded, we all know that a balanced diet and regular exercise guarantees weight loss, yet some of us seem determined to reinvent the wheel for some reason

      fasting AKA not eating. depriving yourself of calories is healthy? losing weight can be good for some but this is a dumb type of easy way out way to lose wight

    hi lads. I do a 16:8 Monday-friday. I do have warm water with lemon though first thing in the morning..is that breaking the fast?

    I have a physical job (scaffolder) so would intermittent fasting still be good for me as id burn more calories and faster in the 16 hour window than say an office worker or is it a simple case of I’d need more calories in the 8 hour window to carry me through the 16 hour part as to not lose muscle? Thanks
