There are 6 flat stomach exercises in this flat abs workout. You’ll do each of the exercises to flatten the abs for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, before moving onto the next exercise. Repeat the entire flat stomach workout 4 times through for a total of 24 minutes.
