Here is one very simple , easy and delicious high protein recipe.

If you remove the rice , you will have low carb – high protein meal.
If you need to gain more weight , just add the rice.

carbohydrates – 138
fat – 60

500g Pork Loin Chop
200g Tomato Chutney
150ml Cooking Cream
400g Rice (optional)
