It is a high intensity interval training fat loss workout for everyone.You can do according to your level. You will burn more fat in this workout.

HIIT circuit
1) Ladder in in out out
2) Hurdle jump
3)Burpee and leg kick
4) Dumbbell deadlift to shoulder press
5) Dragon walk push-up
6)Box jump
7) Squat
8)Leg raise
Performace of each exercise is for 1 minute.
Try to perform each round without any rest.
Take 1 minute rest in between the circuit.
