HIIT sessions are currently held on:
Monday & Wednesday 9:30pm
Thursday 6:30pm
Saturday 12pm

Excellent to accelerate fat loss and improve overall conditioning. Exercises are of easy execution, but workouts are intense and fun!

You receive nutritional coaching as part of the program. If you miss a class, you can watch the video here and do at your home.
