WOD… or WON- workout of the night 😂🙌🏻

A great way to activate muscles in the posterior chain, building both strength and functional movement.
.
The posterior chain is the most influential muscle group in the body. The glutes, hamstrings, erector spinae, trapezius and latissimus dorsi tremendously affect your athletic prowess: they’re the prime movers of forward propulsion & are important in many forms of movement, such as activities requiring running, jumping and changes of direction.

Grouping exercises into supersets, tri sets &HITT circuits save time, increase intensity and may build muscle and burn fat at an accelerated rate!

Workout .
Front squat x6
5 second eccentric, 4 second pause. .
Reverse lunges x10
.
Sumo deadlifts x10
.
Alternative weighted step ups x10
.
Done!🙌🏻

Perform all exercises 4 times with little to no rest.
