    You are a Goal kicking Guardian angel!! Pulling my hair out with a plateau.. but you’re right.. I’m 10kilos (22 pounds) down now, I’m getting back down to my hot 🔥weight …….the scale is really starting to play games but everyone is noticing the differences, I’m buy new size clothes. It’s getting difficult with the mood, energy and hunger.. and it’s bloody hot in Oz right now.. cardio outside is mammoth 🐘
    But trust the process, these hardships mean I’m getting there. Bring on the mind games brain!

    I love your videos. I learn so much. I’m about 7.5 lbs away from weight loss goal. I’ve lost 59lbs so far. I have consistently dieted this whole year. I’m scared because I’m approaching the maintenance stage & I have confidence issues but I also know I’m ready to stop being in a caloric deficit. I also want to gain some muscle. Hopefully this next video discusses some of those concerns.
