Leg Exercise for improving strenght and balance in the body:

Some days ago, I was thinking in the need of changing my training for getting my Fencing skills improved in a long term. So, I tried to start this little exercise for improving strenght in my legs and the general balance of the body while doing the footwork. I think this is an exercise that actually helps to improve concentration also, mainly because of the great ammount of attention I had to pay for making this exercise well. It is also a relaxing exercise, due to the fact you feel satisfied when finishing all the exercise.
