Lower body and abs

My very first workout recording as I start my 12 month cutting phase to six pack abs lol.
Today I’m working my lower body and abs as part of a split workout routine (two days upper body and two days lower body).
I’ve been off the gym for two weeks and still rehabilitating due to overtraining and thus experiencing muscle inflammation and tendinitis as well as sciatica.
