All fitness channels seem to be using Almond Milk. What’s the deal? Why not
skim milk? Is there some stigma against cow’s milk for some reason? Or is
    this simply some fad? Thanks.

+wymeranth Go ahead and use skim milk if you prefer it. There’s definitely
no problem with it. Some of our trainers don’t tolerate lactose all that
well and choose to use almond milk for that reason, because it is high in
protein as well. But if skim milk works for you, please go for it!

I hope this link helps you. I personally dont use any milk because I cant,
I am Lactose and Tol. I do know almond milk and almonds in general are very
      good for you.
I used to make my own almond milk but now that the prices came down a bit,
      I buy,
