– Hip thrusts – 5 sets – all five sets with added weight.
– Romanian dead lifts – 5 sets – all five sets with added weight.

Abs/Core workout:

– Core crunch pull downs – 8 sets – all eight with added weight.

– Bodyweight core crunch – 8 sets – bodyweight.
