    Are ropes good for shoulder growth? Because One of my huge weakpoints are
    my anterior deltoids and for the life of me I cant seem to strengthen them
    enough to support my other movements like benchpress.

    That talk at the end makes so much sense cause I am or was now one of those
    people who planned a, b, c, d, e ,f g of my weight journey like in my phone
    I have in my calendar “You’re xxx lbs today blah blah” for one day every
    month and I think that’s what sets me back. I want to keep my goal and I
    definitely will but I need to stop planning so much and try to have
    everything to a tee and just take my time with my weight loss. If it
    happens in a year thats great but if it takes 5 years thats great too as
    long as I get there. Also even with like little things during the day such
    as what I eat, if I plan it out, it seems to NEVER happen the way I planned
    and I end going over my calories most times but when I just go with the
    flow throughout the day I do and eat good which is so crazy to me

    I totally agree with Elliot on the concept of believing yourself to be a
    certain way. This applies in work,fitness,school,relationships, etc. if you
    believe that you are supposed to be one type of person or behave a certain
    way, you will align with that mental pathway
