Protein Cauliflower Porridge (Updated POWERFUL RECIPE)

I’ve had a protein cauliflower porridge recipe up before, but felt like shooting a new one. This one is quite to the point 😀

Cauliflower is one badass cruciferous vegetable. This is one of my favorite macrofriendly VOLUME recipes: perfect for cutting phases to induce some satiety. Give it a shot!

      +StormLifestyle haha yeah mate! I always use the 0% total Greek yoghurt.
      Macros are unreal for a yoghurt!
