Step Aerobics Quick Cardio Workout Video Anyone Can Do

1 Star2 Stars3 Stars4 Stars5 Stars

This is a quick step aerobics workout for anyone new to step, or who wants simple moves that really get your heart rate up. Strengthen both your mind and your body as you sweat through this super fun time saver workout. Finish with an optional power cardio push segment in the end to really kick the heart rate up before we stretch. I always cue many different options you can choose from to make it work for you.
Focus on the lower body with toning and strength building moves. It’s easy to follow, and super effective for those wishing to gain strength, endurance, and burn a lot of calories.
I believe anyone can step, and feel successful. Follow the options that work for you and your specific goals.

Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty all while having fun. You can join in on the power bursts or keep it low impact. (Modified options are cued throughout the entire workout.)

This workout was filmed at 126 bpm. I used a simple beat track in the background in case you want to play your own favorite music as we step together.

Always love to hear from you. Leave me a comment and feedback! I’ll be filming new workouts each week, so be sure to subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss out. Thank you for your support, as always!

I’m very busy these days because my “little” daughter (18 years old) is
moving in her first own appartment! We are all so exited! I spend my days
in furniture stores, cleaning up the new rooms and packing, draging,
running upstairs and downstairs! So you can imagine that this very short
workout is right on time for me today. A big THANK YOU goes out to the best
    step teacher ever :)
