One arm lat pull downs – 4×10
V-Grip Pull downs – 3×8
High Bar Rows – 3×10
One Arm Long Pulls 3×10
Dumbel Wall Rows 3×10
Plate Low Row 4×15
Machine Curls 2×15 2×12 2×8
Hammer Curls 3×10 Heavy
Cable Curls 4×10

Chest/Shoulders:
Incline Press to Fly 4×10
Plate Loaded Chest Press 3×12
Plate Shoulder Press 5×10
Cable Laterals 3×10 slow
Face Pulls 4×15 2×15 force reps (add weight each set)
Cable Upright Rows 3×15
Cable Extensions 3×15
Machine Dips 4×12
