The best fat loss advice I can give you is in the heart of this video. It’s not a magical food or a secret supplement…but it does work.

Very well.

And once you understand how to use it, you’ll understand how to lose fat and keep it off for the rest of your life.

Do NOT subscribe unless my videos are actually helpful. The point of this channel is to help you, not promote me. So if my videos don’t give you value…don’t subscribe. If they do, though, please hit the sub button (it helps a lot!).

You and I are going to drink a lot of coffee together. Like, borderline dangerous amounts of coffee.

So, first things first. Pour yourself a mug and I’ll introduce myself real quick.

My name’s Jordan — but everyone calls me “J” — and I’m a 27th degree black belt in chugging coffee.

I’m also strength & nutrition coach, I hold several powerlifting world records, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have my writing featured in a variety of outlets like CNN, the Huffington Post, and

But listen.

This channel isn’t for fame, publicity, cash, props, fist bumps, likes, pings, pows or whatever else there is.

It’s a place where you and I can chat.

I’ll never sugar coat, lie, or beat around the bush. I’ll tell you everything exactly as I see it. Some stuff you might like. Others you might not.

And that’s totally cool.

Either way, my goal here is to create a discussion. A place where you and I can get together, exchange ideas, and motivate each other to be better every day.

Like I said, we’re gonna drink a lot of coffee together — borderline dangerous amounts — but I’m excited. Because there aren’t too many online communities in which the sole purpose is to inspire and motivate one another.

And that’s exactly what you and I are going to do here.

To your success,

This is just what I needed to hear today. I’m sick with a chest cold and haven’t worked out all week. I was feeling so down on myself for not achieving bigger results and then i watch this video and start thinking, ‘you know its just been the last two weeks that i’ve ignored the calorie count…and when i measured two days ago I was an inch smaller on my upper arms, thighs and my waist. Yeah it’s been a year and i’ve not lost more then 4lbs but i lost a couple pant sizes, an inch everywhere and built some sexy muscle.” Thanks Jordan for the dose of motivation i needed to keep trying new things. It really has been a journey that i feel good about.

You crack me up so much, at the same time you are so motivating. I’m Back to taking progress photos. Your eyes don’t see the changes happening every day. Photos show that.

I’m 43, was 390 and now 350 (took about a year) and I learned this the hard way. Very good video. I’ll add that meal prepping for the week helps. And helps if you are okay with repetition (for the week) and at least you know the daily calorie consumption. I do have off days, but i get back on. I’m working on going to the gym at least 5 times a week. In the beginning it was hard to do. It’s getting easier, but now because of my obesity I have flat feet and that’s an issue i have to contend with as it makes it somewhat difficult to exercise.
