    looks amazing, but i think if u pan sear both sides of the chicken breast
    first before making the sauce, that will help lock the moisture of the
    chicken in, and that should get you a more tender texture to the chicken!

      +RyanP I’ve tried it your way and it was actually more moist the way I did
      it, searing is actually a myth, see here:

      It makes sense for more fatty meats etc but it’s unnecessary for chicken
      breast 🙂
