vertical jump training-this is one of my workout routine for the strength to increase my vertical jump,the hight weight and low rep increase the force with a little gain in mass, ideal for the vertical jump. for now i’m 43/44 inch vertical.
Practice standing and running vertical jumps 4×6.. Standing vertical jumps – 4 sets of 6 reps.
